Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Nayanthara Trends. We are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please read our shipping policy below to understand our dispatch and delivery process.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Surat facility within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.

Please note that we do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays and public holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Delivery Partners: To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your sarees and dress materials, we partner with trusted courier services including DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, and Ekart.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery anywhere in India takes a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 8 days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for deliveries within India will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

3. International Shipping

Nayanthara Trends delivers globally!

Shipping Cost: For international orders, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 2500 per product is applicable.

Customs and Duties: We ship international packages as standard goods. However, if any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are applied by the destination country, they must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. Nayanthara Trends is not responsible for any customs charges or delays caused by customs clearance.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the courier partner's name and your tracking number. You can use this link to track your parcel's journey.

5. Important Information

We are unable to redirect or change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

A signature or OTP may be required upon delivery. Once the package is delivered and received at the specified address, the responsibility for the purchased goods passes to the customer.
